TWFG Agent Wins National Customer Service Award

THE WOODLANDS, TX, June 30, 2016 – Shea Jones, a licensed Customer Service Representative agent with the TWFG Agency in The Woodlands, Texas was selected from among more than 1,000 CSR agents nationally for TWFG’s first “Excellence in Customer Service” award. Two semi-finalist CSRs, Erin O’Connor from TWFG Louisiana and Brittany Traylor of TWFG California, were also recognized for the prestigious award during the TWFG national convention held in The Woodlands. All three were lauded for their customer skills in demonstrating TWFG’s slogan “Our Policy is Caring.”
